Inspection Department

Keystone Engineering maintains a quality control program with complete manufacturing documentation and traceability. The program is in accordance with and exceeds MIL 9858-A for military systems requirements and is designed to achieve ultra-reliable products. Strict documented quality control and inspection procedures ensure that all manufactured products are made from the finest materials to exact client specifications. All our departments are committed to high quality workmanship and service.

Our inspection department is comprised of full-time inspectors. Inspection has a full range of test and measuring equipment which ensures inspectors the capability and capacity of inspecting the dimensions and features of the most complicated parts. A written schedule for calibrating gages, measuring, and test equipment is strictly followed in accordance with MIL-45562.

Health & Safety

Keystone Engineering maintains a formal safety program implemented through the use of employee safety training. Health and safety is of principal importance to our president, Bill Ring. As a result, the importance of safety is communicated companywide. Keystone has kept an excellent safety record in the workplace and continues to improve.
